**Position Overview**
We’re looking for an experienced **Warehouse Operations and Market Specialist** to join our growing team. This dual-role position involves managing our warehouse operations while supporting in-person market events such as the Calgary Stampede and Spruce Meadows Christmas Market.This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations as well as market experience who thrives in a dynamic environment with a mix of logístical and event responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Warehouse Operations**:

- Efficiently ship out products to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Receive incoming inventory and organize stock accordingly.
- Create and manage warehouse processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Work with, grow, and lead an operations team.

**Market Coordination**:

- Setting up and tearing down multiple in-person market spaces throughout the year.
- Coordinate and manage staff schedules for events.
- Manage inventory at markets, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Ensure market setups are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.

**Qualifications Required**
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with inventory management tools and software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move stock as needed in a warehouse setting.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel to markets and events.

**Preferred**
- Experience with retail event setups and/or market operations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.

**This role requires flexible scheduling**.
- Standard Monday to Friday shifts during most of the year.
- Availability for evenings or weekends during market setups, restocks, and teardowns is required.
