Our member is seeking a **Flat Roofer Labourer **to join their team.

Our member is a leading roofing company in the Hamilton region, specializing in flat roofing solutions for industrial and commercial properties. With a dedication to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we take pride in delivering reliable roofing services to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain flat roofs on residential and commercial properties
- Work efficiently and safely at heights, following all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Conduct inspections and assess roofing needs accurately
- Maintain clean and organized work areas

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Flat Roofer, with knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
- Valid Working at Heights certificate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Own transportation to the office; transportation is provided to the job sites
- Availability to start immediately
