Designed and built at our state-of-the-art factory in Ontario, Canada, AXYZ CNC routers are supplied and supported through a global network of sales and support offices and authorized dealers.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled **Quality Analyst** to join our team. This individual will be pivotal in ensuring the quality of our CNC equipment while also contributing significantly to customer education. In addition to quality assurance duties, the Quality Analyst will be responsible for developing technical manuals and creating multimedia content in collaboration with our multimedia expert. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CNC machinery who is also passionate about helping customers understand and maximize the potential of our equipment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Quality Assurance and Control**:

- Inspect CNC machines and components throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
- Develop and refine quality control procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
- **Customer Education and Technical Documentation**:

- Write detailed and user-friendly technical manuals that guide customers in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our CNC equipment.
- Develop training materials and how-to guides tailored to various customer needs and skill levels.
- Collaborate with the multimedia expert to create instructional videos, presentations, and other digital content that effectively communicates technical information.
- Participate in the production of multimedia content by demonstrating the operation of equipment, providing technical insights, and ensuring accuracy.
- **Collaboration and Continuous Improvement**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer support, to maintain high-quality standards and improve processes.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with advancements in CNC technology and quality assurance methodologies.
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing insights and feedback to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are advantageous.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing or capital equipment sector.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines is essential.
- Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in creating manuals and guides for complex equipment.
- Experience in collaborating on multimedia content creation, including videos and presentations, is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documents.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
- Familiarity with multimedia tools and the content creation process is an asset.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
