**Position Description**:

Primary function is to provide pertinent information in both French and English, in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner, to our customer base to accommodate the sale of Schluter products. Information would include support on product related installation questions for all our products.

Specific training activities will include working closely with our existing Product Support Team to gain specific knowledge about Schluter product line.

Please note that this is provided as a summary and is a non-exhaustive list which may include other assignments from time to time by management.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer service calls, analyze, diagnose and resolve any problems or concerns.
- Provide product support and expertise to inquiring Schluter customers (installation, information on the various products, etc.)
- Be up to date on the latest Schluter product knowledge and developments.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure the resolution of problems (quality, sales, shipping, etc.)
- Prepare and log the documentation necessary for follow-ups on service calls.
- Send clients any required documentation (instruction guides, technical drawings etc.)
- Participate in developing standard resolution procedures.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Construction knowledge (an asset)
**You must be able to communicate fluently in English and French to be considered for this position.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
