**What you'll get to do**:

- Complete lease renewals, rent calculations while following the RGI guidelines
- Review eligibility for RGI households annually, within the time frames set out by the City's RGI guidelines
- Maintain tenant files to ensure they are in accordance with the record keeping requirements set out by the Act
- Professionally and courteously handle inquiries from prospective/current residents
- Complete and execute the signing of all new leases
- Collect arrear payments and complete cheque processing
- Follow up with vacancy controls, move outs and rental control, legal processes with arrears collection
- Take prospective residents to view suites that meet their needs
- Regularly inspect upcoming availability of units
- Provide administrative support to the site staff and Property Manager as required
- Assist in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and public relations including all forms of communications with the resident
- Other duties as assigned

**Who you are**:

- College/University preferred
- Yardi Voyager an asset
- Knowledge of the rental/leasing industry (2 years' experience)
- Preferred knowledge with Non-Profit Housing Services Act (HSA), Rent Geared Income (RGI) Guidelines
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision
- Maintain professionalism and composure at all times
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Patient and understanding with residents
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 2 years (preferred)
