- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for counting and labeling packages accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment such as Fork lifts, pallet lifts etc.
- Knowledge of order picking, shipping/receiving, and warehouse distribution processes
