**RÉSUMÉ DU TRAVAIL**
Relevant de l'équipe de direction du magasin, le responsable des ventes est chargé d'incarner les valeurs d'intégrité, d'amour et de respect du Groupe ALDO. Le responsable des ventes crée des expériences client mémorables et maximise les performances de vente afin de soutenir l'objectif de l'entreprise de construire un monde d'amour, de confiance et d'appartenance.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**
Fournit un soutien continu en matière de formation et communique les commentaires des membres de l’équipe aux dirigeants du magasin.
Maximisez leurs ventes personnelles et en magasin en promouvant les initiatives de marque et en offrant une expérience omnicanal « obsédée par le client ».
S'assure que le magasin est aligné sur la marque grâce à une exécution impeccable de la présentation visuelle et de l'affichage marketing.
S'assure que tous les membres de l'équipe se conforment aux politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
Contribue à une atmosphère diversifiée et inclusive, exempte de discrimination et de harcèlement, reflétant notre philosophie axée sur les personnes.
**EXIGENCES CLÉS**
Je préfère avoir six mois d'expérience dans la vente au détail ou dans le secteur des services.
Un pionnier à l’esprit d’affaires qui comprend le paysage de la mode en constante évolution d’aujourd’hui.
Solides compétences en leadership, en motivation et en service à la clientèle.
Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite.
Capable de travailler des horaires et des jours fériés flexibles.
Capable de plier, soulever et déplacer des boîtes jusqu'à 35 lb.
**JOB SUMMARY**
Reporting to the store leadership team, the sales lead is responsible for embodying the ALDO Group’s values of integrity, love and respect. The sales leader creates memorable client experiences and maximize sales performance in support of the companies purpose to build a world of love, confidence, and belonging.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides ongoing support in training and communicates feedback from team members to store leadership.
- Maximize their personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a “customer-obsessed” omni-channel experience.
- Ensures the store is brand aligned through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing display.
- Ensures all team members comply with company policies and procedures.
- Contributes to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free from discrimination and harassment, reflective of our People-First philosophy.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferred to have six months of retail or service industry sales experience.
- Business-minded trendsetter who understands today’s ever-changing fashion landscape.
- Strong leader ship, motivational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work flexible hours and holidays.
- Able to bend, lift and move boxes up to 35 lbs.
**This position is looking to be filled at the West Edmonton Mall location.**
