**Overview**:
Commissionaires Great Lakes offers an immediate opportunity for a versatile, highly motivated Security Professional. As a front-line representative of our company and client’s site you must be highly reliable, work well under pressure, able to work with mínimal supervision, have the ability to multi task and be a professional who takes pride in your dress, deportment and performance at all times.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Greet all visitors, staff, students, and faculty who arrive at your assigned parking booth
- Provide excellent customer service to everyone you interact with
- Assist with vehicles entering the parking lots as necessary
- Take payment upon exit, as required, and assist with the smooth flow of vehicles leaving the lots
- Operate a cash and/or card transaction computer, including being responsible for the accurate handling of money and credit transactions
- Complete all daily reports per training, as required
- Provide assistance where necessary, while maintaining a high standard of customer service professionalism
- Attempt to resolve issues as they occur, and request assistance from your site supervisor, Parking Services Managers, and Campus Police as necessary
- Complete all training as may be required by the site supervisor, Regional Manager, Parking Services Manager, etc.
- Be available for changes in shift schedules, including being called in to cover sick calls / vacation requests as required.

**Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications**:

- Previous Customer Service Experience is required
- Previous Cash Handling experience is an asset
- Experience working in a university or college setting

**Shift Timings**:
Monday - Friday. 07:00 - 17:00. Shifts are approx. 7-10hrs, alternating days and afternoons. minimum 25-30hrs/week
