Description du poste
**Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un analyste qui se joindra à l’équipe Occasions tactiques globales du groupe Gestion externe du portefeuille.**
Le service Marchés financiers et placements factoriels (MFPF) investit à l’échelle mondiale dans des actions de sociétés ouvertes, des titres à revenu fixe, des devises, des produits de base et des instruments dérivés. Il gère également l’embauche des gestionnaires de placement et les coinvestissements dans des titres des marchés publics. Gestion externe du portefeuille est un groupe au sein du service MFPF; ce groupe est responsable de la mobilisation et de la surveillance des gestionnaires externes sur les marchés publics dans tous les styles de négociation, catégories d’actif et régions géographiques. Par l’intermédiaire de son équipe Occasions tactiques globales, le groupe Gestion externe du portefeuille est responsable de la direction des occasions de co-investissement à l’échelle mondiale.
Relevant du gestionnaire de portefeuille, l’analyste joue un rôle clé dans la création et la gestion d’occasions de co-investissement à l’échelle mondiale. Il aura la responsabilité de mener des recherches ascendantes sur les nouvelles idées et de surveiller l’actuel portefeuille de coinvestissements. À titre de membre de l’équipe du groupe Gestion externe du portefeuille, l’analyste jouera également un rôle clé dans l’évaluation et le suivi de l’environnement des fonds de couverture, y compris l’examen des placements recommandés par le groupe. Ce poste sera à Toronto.
**Exigences du poste**:
A) Contribuer au suivi du portefeuille de co-investissements:
- Travailler directement avec les professionnels en placement de l’équipe de co-investissement pour soutenir l’analyse et le suivi quotidiens des co-investissements existants (y compris les paramètres fondamentaux des sociétés ouvertes, le suivi de la thèse de placement, la création d’outils robustes et souples, la gestion de l’information et le flux de documents)
- Recueillir des données pertinentes et donner une image en continu de la performance, l’exposition et les risques des coinvestissements, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de portefeuille, les équipes Construction de portefeuille et Gestion du risque, ainsi que des partenaires externes
- Contribuer à la recherche sur les placements, participer aux réunions et aux appels avec des gestionnaires de fonds de couverture et des participants du marché, et documenter ces réunions
- Contribuer à la présentation des conclusions au service Gestion externe du portefeuille et au comité de placement,
