**Summary**:
Reporting to the Planning and Inventory Manager, the Accounting Clerk (Customs & Brokerage) is responsible for completing payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices for all Cabela’s international inbound freight charges.
Location (hybrid): 25 De Baets St., Winnipeg MB

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and process international inbound freight invoices for payment.
- Review and update freight factor calculation within SAP.
- Organize and reconcile month-end payment/accruals.
- Sort invoices according to payment terms to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner.
- Match paid invoices to printed cheques by verifying the following information are correct: remittance address, invoice number, amount and currency.
- Maintain historical records by filing documents.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in accounting or business administration
- 1 -2 years of related experience in administration and accounts payable
- Detail orientated with strong communication and organizational skills
- SAP experience is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
- Ability to effectively function as a team player and work with cross-functional teams
