- Expertise in men's fashion, with a focus on custom and made-to-measure suiting and clothing fittings.
- Proficient in using a tape measure for garment fitting and assisting with custom orders.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate pricing policies, review merchandising activities, and implement sales promotions, including clearance sales.
- Proven track record of completing store operational requirements by effectively scheduling and assigning employees.
- Experience in achieving financial objectives through budget preparation, expenditure scheduling, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to determine and set basic store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with the ability to track and report on KPIs effectively.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and pride in performance, understanding its direct impact on company success.
