**Job Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate the activities in the case communication groups for signed clients on instant messaging apps, such as WeChat, WhatsApp, LINE, etc., to ensure clients’ inquiries and concerns are addressed in a proper and timely manner;
- Establish work priorities for the case processing team, and coordinate the workflow between Consultants, Management and Case Managers/Assistants to ensure all case-related administrative tasks are completed on time and to the company standard
- Monitor the progress of cases at different stages to ensure all deadlines are met
- Manage and review case filling system and the internal case tracking systems to ensure all data are properly updated and documented in a timely manner
- Review case tracking and filing systems, assemble data and prepare reports/manuals periodically for the purpose of improving the workflow and case processing management procedures.
- Provide training to new employees on company SOP for case processing
- Respond to internal and external inquiries
- Coordinate office services, such as calendar, client meetings, maintenance, equipment and supplies.
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, case planning and management.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Perform and monitor other case-related administrative duties

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of secondary school
- Minimum two-year work experience in senior administrative positions
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Industry experience is an asset
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle pressures
- Ability to follow established instructions and procedures
- Fast learner, detail-oriented and well-organized
- Exceptional business writing skills
- Strongly self-motivated and self-initiated
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Capable of managing to meet various deadlines
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and work with the team

**Hourly Wage**:

- $27-$30/hr plus bonus

**Benefits**:

- Extended health benefit after six-month of consecutive employment
- Weekly training and special events for on-going development
- 10-day vacation, or 4% vacation paid out on each pay cheque
