It avails the great opportunity to convene and discuss with renowned global experts from the Academia, Research and Development groups, Researchers, Industry Personnel, Corporate Executives, Entrepreneurs, Manufacturers, and Professional Engineers with expertise in the field of Advanced Materials, Mechanical, Structural, and Environmental Engineering.

- ICSEMD provides an interdisciplinary platform for collaboration among renowned leaders from academia, industry, and reputable laboratories worldwide.

The 2021 and 2023 editions of the ICSEMD were successful, and we are now recruiting the following roles for the 2025 edition.

The 2025 edition of ICSEMD will be a hybrid conference (in-person and online), therefore the organizing committee will work on hybrid model; meetings will be conducted virtually, however, there might be a need for the organizing committee to attend the conference in-person.

**Scientific/Technical Review Committee/Chair**

The **Scientific/Technical Review Committee/Chair** of the conference plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and relevance of the conference's scientific or technical content. This committee is responsible for reviewing, selecting, and overseeing presentations, papers, and other materials submitted by participants.

**Paper/Abstract Submission Management**:

- Review and set guidelines for paper or abstract submissions, ensuring alignment with the conference’s theme and scope.
- Facilitate the call for papers/abstracts and promote the submission process to relevant academic or professional communities.

**Peer Review Process**:

- Organize and manage the peer review process for submitted papers or abstracts.
- Assign qualified reviewers based on expertise to evaluate submissions for originality, technical merit, clarity, and relevance.
- Ensure the anonymity of authors and reviewers to maintain a fair and unbiased review process.

**Evaluation and Selection**:

- Evaluate all submissions based on established criteria, ensuring they meet the quality standards of the conference.
- Select papers, posters, or presentations that will be accepted for inclusion in the conference program.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to authors, if needed.

**Program Development**:

- Work closely with the organizing committee to design the conference’s scientific or technical program, including keynote speakers, session topics, and poster presentations.
- Ensure a balanced and comprehensive representation of topics, covering diverse perspectives and emerging trends.

**Special Sessions and Workshops**:

- Identify opportunities for special sessions, panels, or workshops that address cutting-edge topics or industry challenges.
- Recruit experts to lead these sessions and ensure high-quality discussions and knowledge sharing.

**Proceedings and Publications**:

- Oversee the preparation of conference proceedings, ensuring that accepted papers are properly edited, formatted, and published according to the conference’s standards.
- Liaise with academic journals or publication platforms for post-conference publication of selected papers.

**Conflict Resolution**:

- Address any disputes or conflicts arising during the submission or review process, such as plagiarism concerns or disagreements over review outcomes.
- Ensure that conflicts are resolved in a transparent and equitable manner.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor the quality of the conference’s scientific or technical content throughout the event.
- Ensure that all presentations and sessions adhere to the high academic or professional standards expected by participants.

**Reviewer Management and Recognition**:

- Recruit and manage a panel of expert reviewers for the conference.
- Provide clear guidelines and timelines for reviewers to complete their evaluations.
- Recognize the reviewers' contributions, possibly through certificates, acknowledgements, or formal awards.
