YOUR ROLE

The B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy that drives sales for the LCI Lx division to local and international companies. Under the supervision of the Global Content Manager, the B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing campaigns, content and marketing initiatives that will enable LCI Lx to achieve its growth objectives and maintain its position as a leader in corporate continuing education.

The B2B Marketing Manager must demonstrate creativity, initiative and leadership. He/she must demonstrate organizational skills and be able to plan and execute an annual marketing plan for various international audiences. The B2B Marketing Manager must also possess strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively coordinate activities with other departments within the organization. The Marketing Manager will work in both French and English on a daily basis and in content creation.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Management, implementation and deployment of the marketing plan;
- Develop, coordinate and execute the annual marketing plan;
- Manage the annual marketing and content budget;
- Develop and execute a content plan that will support the annual B2B marketing strategy and plan across all communication channels - digital and traditional - of the company;
- Establish a promotional and editorial content calendar for all communication platforms;
- Manage content, media budget and communities for the various social platforms;
- Report on the performance of marketing campaigns in order to make adjustments to increase effectiveness and efficiency;
- Monitor industry trends to identify and drive new business growth opportunities;
- Optimize web content in accordance with SEO best practices;
- Follow up on corrections and updates of all communication tools;
- Participate in the revision and translation of the company's communication tools;
- Ensure the brand tone is respected;
- Other related tasks.

PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES
- Marketing generalist with a sense of initiative and autonomy (jack of all trades);
- Adapts well to working closely with the sales team (Team player);
- Possesses a high level of creativity and good business sense;
- Produce content that captures the interest and attention of target audiences (prospects);

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- University degree/Bachelor's degree or certificate in communications, marketing or other relevant experience;
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and content for B2B clients and in lead generation and acquisition strategy;
- Excellent written bilingualism (French and English);
- Excellent knowledge of marketing and SEO writing methods (French and English);
- Knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Solution-oriented;
- Excellent organizational skills, strong ability to prioritize;
- Passion for the world of communication, strategy and marketing.
