Cleaner (Casual)

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. In addition to Residential cleans.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall cleanliness goals and enhance facility maintenance.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 3 per week
