BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for an **Account Executive** to join our team
**Who we are**

**Who we’re looking for**
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all assigned projects are executed to plan
- Keep client and internal project teams updated on the status of account activities
- Act as an internal contact for account needs
- Possess a deep understanding of the client’s business and competitive environment
- Maintain competitive tracking/reviews
- Develop a positive and partner oriented relationship with all agency partners
- Initiate and coordinate the production process schedule
- Oversee the accuracy and quality of the agency product
- Work effectively with an interdisciplinary agency team
- Produce communication materials (contact and status reports, etc.)
- Develop work-back schedules, critical paths and scopes with Project Manager for each project
- Develop and assist in writing effective briefs, under the supervision of the Account Supervisor
- Handle all meeting details, e.g., scheduling, arranging rooms, taking minutes, contact reports
- Assemble and collate presentations and marketing plans
- Assist with building a positive agency culture
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an account executive role or similar
- Agency experience in CRM and digital marketing
- Strong client service orientation
- High quality assurance standards
- Ability to write effective communications
- Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to design and deliver presentations
- Passion for the business and a continuous drive for results
- A proactive and entrepreneurial drive to make things happen
**Nice to have**:
- Experience working with multiple agency partners
- Post-secondary education (marketing/advertising)
- Social media community management
