**HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:
As the Associate Vice President, you will lead and promote the future of education at the college by activating the Reimagine Higher Education plan, promoting Indigenous ways of knowing and learning, and identifying new opportunities to enhance the student learning experience.

You will achieve this by fostering a college environment that places a premium on a quality student experience, high impact learning, teaching excellence, community engagement, game changers as identified in the Academic Plan, as well as an environment that features flexibility and innovation.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- University graduate degree, preferably at the Doctoral level.
- A minimum of five years academic administrative experience at a postsecondary institution, preferably at the Dean level.
- Budget management of >$10M annually.
- Experience working with Indigenous employees and shareholders; OR
- Significant student services leadership experience; OR
- Academic strategy development and implementation.

- Strong presentation and consultative skills to provide advice to the Strategic Operations Committee, Deans’ Council, Strategic Enrolment Management, Academic Council, and Executive Team.

**Salary**:$171,804 - $204,789 reflective upon your education and experience. This is a full-time permanent position with immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
