We are currently seeking a full-time experienced **Custodian/Housekeeper **to add to our team of professionals.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

- Performing general maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring cleanliness and good repair of common areas, offices, and parking lots
- Conducting carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Groundskeeping
- Snow and ice removal
- Operating and maintaining industrial floor cleaning equipment and other industrial equipment as needed
- Ensuring building security at all times
- Other duties as assigned

You work will be conducted to ensure excellent service, positive interactions and a safe environment for our tenants.

**How You’ll Succeed**

Your success in this role will be supported by:

- Previous custodial experience and the ability to perform minor repairs across various fields
- Strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
- Multitasking ability and adaptability to shift focus as needed throughout the day
- Consistent prioritization of safety for yourself and others during work activities

**What You’ll Need**
- A minimum of 1-year related experience
- WHMIS 2015 certification
- Dependable, trustworthy and a professional demeanor
- Excellent maintenance troubleshooting skills
- Effective interaction with co-workers and tenants
- Basic proficiency of reading/writing English
- Ability to work independently
- Effective organization and prioritization skills
- Availability for on-call evenings and weekends as necessary
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically fit to carry out the duties

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
