We offer many services in the public safety spectrum:

- We answer 911 calls for the Province of Saskatchewan(excluding Saskatoon and Regina cities)
- We provide fire dispatch services to 365 career and volunteer fire departments
- We dispatch for several government ministries and police agencies

We offer specialization in many different positions allowing for career advancement. Our Operations Support Team provides comprehensive on the job training and support during the training period. We invest in our employees and provide required certifications.

Below are some area’s employees can specialize in:
**911 Calltaker**
- Answers 911 calls for the province of Saskatchewan excluding Saskatoon and Regina City limits.
- Gathers pertinent information to determine nature of emergency
- Transfers caller to police, fire or ambulance.

**Enforcement Dispatcher**
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking officer activities
- Runs queries, and provides resources and support to officers and public as needed.
- Answers calls from the public, gathers information and dispatches officers and necessary resources.

**Fire Dispatcher**
- Processes fire calls and dispatches fire department
- Monitors fire departments and completes regular status updates
- Dispatches resources as necessary

**Police Dispatcher**
- Answers and processes emergency and non emergency calls from the public
- Dispatches and monitors police officers
- Runs queries, and provides resources and support to officers and public as needed.

**Conditions of Employment**
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Mandatory typing speed of 35wpm
- Highschool diploma or Canadian equivalent
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Certified hearing test
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule consisting of 12 hour shifts both days and nights, including holidays and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.80-$38.51 per hour
