**Description**

This role offers growth potential for a strategically focused professional with a passion for driving innovation. In this role you will collaborate with our geographically distributed business teams to align technology solutions with MES optimization strategies for INVISTA.

**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Manage and collaborate with the team, including globally dispersed partners, to develop & implement strategies that drive standard DevOps practices
- Assist with design, architecture, delivery, and support of a new platform that is focused on the transformation of our MES processes
- Leverage agile methodologies with global resources, maximizing collaboration & effectiveness
- Ensure engagement & collaboration between IT and business/capability teams so that all are aligned on priorities, expectations, & execution as a team
- Value aligned vetting, prioritization, and communication of incidents and demands with our customers
- Develop team members and work processes to proactively identify and address systemic issues, improve product quality, and reduce technical debt
- Talent development for a team of technical resources (such as Systems Analyst and Software Engineer)
- Responsible for traveling to sites 10-15%

**The Experience You Will Bring**:
**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of supervisory experience with technical resources in an agile environment
- Experience coaching and assisting in the development of direct team members
- Experience developing with C# and Node.js/Typescript
- Experience developing APIs
- Experience with 3rd party utilization and management to achieve desired goals

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- A degree in computer science or related field
- Experience working in microservices environment/architecture
- Experience working with business leaders on prioritization, initiatives, and strategy development
