**Duties**:
- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
- Trim, bone, tie, and grind meats using butcher knives and other tools
- Weigh, wrap, and label cuts of meat for display and sale
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the meat preparation area
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with meat selection
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working as a butcher or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
