Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (35 hours per week).

Job Reports To: Senior Manager, Contracts and Risk Assessment

**Key Activities**:
Working within the Finance department and under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Contracts and Risk Assessment, the procurement Assistant will participate in the procurement systems implementation, as well as miscellaneous administrative tasks such as contracts, data uploads and Purchase Orders.

**Skill Requirements**:

- A university, college or last year CEGEP student with knowledge of administration and business and experience in the field of Finance or Commerce;
- Strong data analysis, attention to detail, precision and adaptability;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills;
- Takes responsibility for completion of all assigned task in a timely manner;
- Must be able to maintain discretion and absolute confidentiality at all time;
- Bilingualism French and English is an asset.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Must be between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment**; and,
- have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations
