Join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator - 6 months contract(Day shift) and be a visionary. Pave the way to a brighter future, both for yourself and all Canadians needing visual correction. The working schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Your mission

You will be responsible for shipping, receiving, verifying and inventorying the department's instruments and parts.

Your main challenges
- Ship orders to customers;
- Receive equipment for internal repairs and send instruments for reparation to other instrument departments in Canada;
- Receive inventory from suppliers;
- Conduct the inventory for instruments and parts;
- Return parts to be repaired or under warranty to Essilor Paris or to the different suppliers;
- Work closely with the customer services department to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

**Profile**:

- High school degree and one year of experience in warehouse coordination and customer service;
- Forklift certification (an asset);
- Knowledge of inventory management;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Ability to communicate and great teamwork skills;
- Ability to manage priorities;
- Ability to lift and move loads from 10 to 50 pounds.
