**The Role**
- This role focuses on helping ATCOenergy customers love the places they live and work. As we continue to grow, our Happiness Advisors will be cross-trained to handle the needs of both Rümi Products & Services and ATCOenergy clients. Our operations span 7 days a week and we’re looking for flexible team players to join us

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Three (3) years in customer service: Ideally in retail, hospitality, sales, contact centres or financial services
- Excellent command of the English language: Oral and written
- Strong knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills (min 40 wpm)
- Available to work during hours of operation that span 7 days/week and flexible to move shifts
- Comfortable with social media, smartphones, online tools and mobile apps

- This role is located at the Customer Care Happiness Centre in Calgary, Alberta. However, Advisors must have ability to work from home when required in exceptional circumstances.Starting salary is $43,000 with room for progression, but that’s just the beginning
