La sélection à ce poste requiert une entrevue.

Promouvoir (trois jours par semaine au téléphone et deux jours sur la route) les services de FedEx Canada auprès des « nouveaux » clients et des clients « existants » (priorité : le segment de revenu ou de potentiel moyen net de 25 à 200 $ par jour) le principal résultat à livrer étant l’atteinte, à l’intérieur d’un territoire, d'un objectif de revenu mesuré et déterminé par FedEx.

Educational RequirementsPost Secondary: - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Related Experience RequirementsMinimum number of years required for entry to this job
- Sales - 1 year - FedEx Sales or Inside Sale

Technical Skill RequirementsSolid knowledge of the following: - Knowledge of selling FedEx services - (preferred)
- FedEx features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, invoice adjustments

Computer literacy and proficiency:

- Microsoft Excel - basic
- Microsoft Word - basic
- Microsoft Power Point - basic
- Microsoft Outlook - standard
- Sales Force Automation - preferred

De vente ou de vente par téléphone pour FedEx - 1 an

Connaissance de l'industrie du transport; expérience de la vente au téléphone - 1 an

Vente des services de FedEx - (Préférés)

Connaissance approfondie des modalités de service de FedEx, de ses systèmes de facturation, échelles tarifaires, redressement de factures

ISell - (Préférés)

Microsoft Excel - Élémentaire

Microsoft Outlook - Standard
