Bilingual Parking and Licensing Agent

The City of Cornwall is seeking a bilingual Parking and Licensing Agent, Administrative Support for the Building and Bylaw department. The bilingual Parking and Licensing Agent will act as the primary contact person to all incoming parking complaints and business license requests while being an integral part of a team. This includes answering many calls and complaints as well as being the initial point of contact with clients and visitors.
**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- A post secondary College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years proven administrative support experience in a municipal environment or previous related experience.
- Must have a strong background in office administration and customer service.
- Knowledge of office management policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of the municipal software CityView and/or AIMS would be considered an asset.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, be well organized with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, multi-task and work independently.
- Bilingualism (French & English) is required.

The City offers a sector competitive hourly wage starting at $28.24 per hour for a 35 hour work week plus a comprehensive benefits package.

**Salary**: $28.24 per hour
