**Job Overview**:
As a BTS / BST Business Analyst, you will act as an expert in SAP for the HR, Payroll, Finance, MM, PM, CS and SD modules and actively participate in projects and change requests, more specifically in the following stages:

- Project management
- Defining requirements
- Defining solutions
- Analysis (Blueprinting)
- Quality control
- Delivery

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out unit and functional testing of requests
- Be a facilitator between various stakeholders (customers and consultants)
- Develop solutions to meet needs, and perform configurations where applicable
- Participate in project as well as change request follow-up meetings with team members and consultants
- Support the SAP support coordinator and replace them during absences
- Create and/or update documentation on various SAP procedures
- Monitor SAP performance and ensure stability
- Coach users according to the solution provided to their request or need
- Perform all other related tasks

**Critical Qualifications**:

- You have education in computer science and/or extensive experience in the field.
- You have acquired solid SAP experience
- You are able to make certain changes to SAP configurations

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- You are bilingual at a functional level (French and English) - an asset
- You are independent and creative
- You are recognized for your leadership and ability to motivate teams
- You communicate effectively and are comfortable making presentations in front of an audience
- You are an efficient user of the MS Office suite (MS PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word)

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
