Coastline (BC) Facility Services Ltd is currently looking for three (3) Full time window cleaners/ pressure washers to join their Ground Cleaning Division in the Greater Vancouver Area.

Please note, we are currently looking for applicants that are able to commit to a **full time schedule all year long.**

We offer a wide array of shifts from early morning to evening and night shifts and can work around your schedule to offer a great life/work balance.
- No experience?_ We offer a complete and extensive training and a starting wage of $20.00 per hours with a revision after completion of the probationary period to up to $22.00 per hour, depending solely on your skills and reliability.

You are interested into a new career? Employees with at least six (6) months seniority can enroll to our Employee Education Plan and become Rope Access Technician with their training fully paid by the Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean the exterior of commercial buildings using appropriate tools and equipment
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific window cleaning needs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Perform other seasonal tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in pressure washing or window cleaning preferred
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and working at heights
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
