We are currently seeking a Recreation Coordinator to enhance and promote the recreation programming for the residents at Lindenwood. Generally, this position works weekday daytime hours, however the successful applicant must be flexible to work evenings as required to carry out programming.

- Guaranteed hours per week - will look at either 1 full time (40 hour per week) or 2 part time (20 hours per week) depending on applicants

**What you will do**
- Plan, implement and lead recreation programs in accordance with company and program objectives
- Ensure residents and staff are well informed about programs
- Evaluate programs based on program objectives and feedback from residents
- Create and distribute monthly newsletters
- Volunteer management: interviewing, orientating, and scheduling of volunteers
- Assist with planning of annual volunteer appreciation events

COVID-19 vaccines are proven to be effective and are the best available means to ensure the protection of our communities. Vaccination against COVID-19 is a condition of employment for all staff at Lindenwoods unless the employee can provide proof of a legitimate exemption (i.e. Government approved medical exemption). Although boosters are not required at this time we highly recommend all staff receive their booster as soon as they are eligible. Staff are also required to use medical grade masks (supplied by company).
