**Job Description**:
SUMMARY:
The function of the Sales Representative position is increase unit level revenue volume through the
education and demonstration of Filta services to potential customers
and primary responsibility for
acquisition of new customers in the territory
This position reports to the CEO.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Initiate and complete sales to prospective customers
- Prospect the assigned territory.
- Create rapport and create
relationships with potential, customer staff & management.
- Develop effective elevator pitch and be able to give an effective presentation.
- Actively participate in, and successfully complete the entire training process and demonstrate
required proficiencies.
- Create a referral network of other service providers including distributors, hood cleaners, and
equipment repair services.
- Actively seek referrals from existing customers.
- Must understand and demonstrate competence in time management, account monitoring, and
the demonstration process.
- Maintain a general knowledge of the Mobile Filtration Unit (MFU), including basic
troubleshooting.
- Assure compliance with Filta franchise standards/policies.
- Look for additional revenue opportunities through upselling existing customers on additional
Filta services.
- Provide reports and presentations as needed.
- Maintainan electronic sales book.
- Ask for testimonial letters from existing customers.
- Represent the business at industry meetings and network events if requested to do so.
- Conduct customer demonstrations of the Filta service.
- Speak to clients wishing to cancel service and attempt to retain them as customers.
- Report any changes in management, staff, fryer oil or frying habits back to the office.
- Provide friendly, high-quality customer service.
REPORTING
- Sales Reps must keep notes from each of their sales calls, to be recorded in the franchise
owners CRM system.
- Sales reps must rank each opportunity by percentage chance of closing.
- Weekly meeting with the assigned supervisor to discuss each opportunity and deal stage.
- Sales reps should keep a copy of all proposals and reports provided to customers.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None. Potential for future sales management positions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years sales experience in the food and beverage industry. Proven track record of sales
success required.
- High School Diploma
or above or equivalent ability
- A valid driver’s license
and your own transportation. After the probationary period is completed we will provide a company vehicle.
- The ability to pass a background check.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong aptitude and passion for closing deals.
- Desire to be part of a team and business in early stage growth.
- The ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to learn and to stay up to date on latest service offerings.
- Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively verbally.
- Must speak fluent English. French and other languages are nice to have.
COMPENSATION:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $36,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

- Commission pay
