**Employment Type**: Seasonal, Part Time and Full Time

**Reports To**: Manager, ZipTour Operations

**Wage**: $17/hour to $20/hour depending on skills

**Your Opportunity**:
Mount Washington Alpine Resort brings mountain adventure with our Eagles' Flight ZipTour. We're seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, and reliable adventurers. As a ZipTour Guide, you will engage our guests in a positive and professional manner, providing an experience that is educational and exhilarating. You will take guests on zipline journeys while enriching their understanding of the local environment.

**No experience necessary: we will train you**

Position begins mid to late June and runs fill time through July and August, with weekends only through September.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide ZipTours for guests of all ages and abilities
- Demonstrate technical mastery of all ZipTour equipment, rigging and course infrastructure
- Ensure that tours are timely, safe and enjoyable for every guest
- Identify and manage risk and help maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain the cleanliness of the staff locker room together with your colleagues
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of in-house departments and products
- Assist in course and equipment maintenance as and when needed
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of Mount Washington Alpine Resort.
- Assist other departments as needed.

**Preferred Experience & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 18 years of age
- Comfortable with heights, and competent in performing emergency procedures
- Experience leading groups, public speaking, and/or adventure guiding
- Organized, responsible, dependable, self-motivated, and attentive to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Physically able to stoop, bend, kneel, stand, twist, and lift up to 25 kg
- First Aid certification would be an asset
- Previous experience working at heights and/or understanding the concept of mandatory safety at heights would also be an asset.
