Emergency Supervisor

**Position Summary**:
The Emergency Supervisor supports the Emergency Mitigation Manager with emergency response and restoration projects to ensure the goals and needs of the insurance companies and our customers are being met. The Emergency Supervisor is capable of implementing water remediation procedures consistent with the IICRC S-500 Standard. The Emergency Supervisor is responsible for supervising and mentoring Restoration Technicians working with him/her.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees emergency projects to ensure quality and service delivery.
- Confirms emergency scope of work including mitigation possibilities with Emergency Mitigation Manager/Project Manager on site.
- Communicates the extent of damage and scope of emergency work to the insurance company or independent adjuster when required.
- Deploys the best quality team and selects sub trades when required for emergencies.
- Manages and supervises emergency and contents crew while on an emergency job site.
- Practices the company Standard Operating Procedures for water remediation, mold and Asbestos.

**Qualifications**:

- IICRC Certification
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the restoration/emergency industry
- Must have experience leading and managing a team
- Proficient in Demos and strip outs
- Ability to use the moisture reading instruments for correct and thorough moisture investigation and reporting.
- Knowledge of the capability and limitations of all equipment used in water damaged environments.
- Work activities may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
