Comment vous allez faire une différence
Responsabilités
- Encadrer et développer le personnel pour dépasser les objectifs de productivité individuels et de magasin.
- Promouvoir l’excellence du service à la clientèle en modélisant des normes de service spécifiques à la marque, en surveillant et en répondant aux commentaires des clients, et en veillant à ce que l’équipe s’engage avec chaque client pour créer une expérience de marque authentique.
- Superviser la couverture des étages et les activités, y compris l’ouverture et la fermeture du magasin comme prévu.
- En partenariat avec le directeur du magasin, fournir une formation et un développement continu du personnel du magasin dans l’engagement des clients et tous les programmes, politiques et procédures de l’entreprise.
- Favoriser un environnement de développement et de responsabilisation.
- Aider le directeur du magasin à atteindre tous les objectifs financiers et opérationnels, y compris le contrôle des dépenses, la prévention des pertes, les audits des magasins et les rapports hebdomadaires.
- S’associer au directeur du magasin pour la mise en œuvre des directives de marchandisage visuel et maintenir des normes conformes aux stratégies de marque de l’entreprise, s’assurer que les marchandises sur le plancher de vente sont réapprovisionnées de manière appropriée.
- S’associer au directeur du magasin pour assurer la conformité et le respect des politiques et procédures de prévention des pertes et de sécurité, des normes et des pratiques, ainsi que des directives de l’entreprise.
- Modélisez un comportement qui respecte les antécédents, l’expérience et les différences culturelles des autres, tout en maintenant l’intégrité et les valeurs de VF Corporation et de la marque.
- Favorise un environnement qui encourage la participation, la créativité et l’apprentissage en partageant les meilleures pratiques et en s’appuyant sur les idées des autres.

Ce que vous apportez
Obligatoire
- 3 ans ou plus d’expérience en leadership en magasin dans un environnement de vente au détail au rythme rapide et très attrayant.
- Capacité de travailler selon un horaire flexible pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise; nécessitera des week-ends, des soirées et des jours fériés.
- Compétences de communication efficaces, y compris à la fois écrites et verbales.
- Capacité éprouvée à atteindre et à dépasser les résultats de vente.
- Capacité éprouvée à atteindre les objectifs commerciaux en envoyant des résultats grâce à l’équipe du magasin.
- Excellente capacité de prise de décision dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
- Détails orientés et excellentes compétences d’organisation.
- Compétences informatiques, y compris le traitement de texte, les feuilles de calcul et les logiciels.
- Capacité éprouvée à diriger la prestation d’un service à la clientèle de haut niveau dans un environnement de vente au détail.
