**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement calibration and repair procedures using Fluke MET/TRAC and MET/CAL software.
- Independently manage projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer support to foster strong client relationships.
- Troubleshoot and systematically identify issues down to the component level across a wide range of electrical and high-voltage test equipment.
- Interpret industry-standard schematics and technical drawings.
- Offer technical expertise to various departments as needed.

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong understanding of metrology principles and traceable calibration processes.
- Proficient with industry-standard test and measurement equipment and software used in metrology, including Fluke 5520A, Fluke 5320, electronic loads, high-accuracy DMMs, high-voltage probes, universal frequency counters, and signal generators.
- Knowledgeable in the calibration of high-voltage equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Experienced in operating reference test equipment for calibrating temperature-related instruments (simulated and true temperature, including infrared).
- Familiar with health and safety requirements for in-house and on-site work within the manufacturing and service sectors.
- Strong foundation in electronic principles, with the ability to calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair a wide array of electronic instruments, including power supplies, DMMs, function generators, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and data acquisition systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
