**About the Position**

We are looking for an OSS Administrator to join us at our Kamloops Branch This position will work with OSS Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators, and Dispatchers regarding opening, closing, and invoicing all traffic control jobs. The successful incumbent will utilize their customer service skills to address customer questions and concerns.

**Responsibilities**
- Using TCR, follow all processes to ensure data is entered correctly for all on-street services jobs
- Work closely with Traffic Control Supervisors, Rental CSPs, Dispatcher regarding opening, closing, and invoicing all traffic control jobs
- Problem-solving: lost equipment, missing information, missing documentation etc. to ensure all information is captured before closing/invoicing job
- Create a pleasant experience for customers by addressing questions and concerns
- Process credit card payments on COD accounts
- Submit credit authorization requests for credit accounts to finance
- Assist with administrative requirements
- Back-up Rental CSP’s when required

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 High School Diploma; Previous experience in office administration is an asset
- Experience using TCR and SalesPad would be an asset
- At least two years of experience in the field or related area
- Possess high level of confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in a variety of MS Office Suite products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
