Job Summary:
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with the legal team to review and draft real estate purchase and sale-related legal documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property files and documentation
- Provide friendly customer service to clients, lawyers and clerks at other firms
**Skills**:
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and record-keeping
- knowledge of applicable conveyancing software, databases and standard documents involved in purchase, sale, mortgage and other related transactions
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact professionally with clients

Pay: $45,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
