**YOUR MISSION**

Reporting to the Head of Textiles, you will act as the central point of contact for non-planning service requests and ensure their implementation within the Textile Department. As such, you are the bearer of initiatives proposed to the têxtile workshop and the main point of communication for all requests from production/project teams, show teams and external customers.

**In particular, you will be required to**:

- Provide executive and influential leadership to shop floor staff and stakeholders in creation and reproduction projects, ensure optimal use of resources and facilitate interactions between the various stakeholders;
- Ensure sound management of the various requests, support the Textile Manager in the order planning process and monitor their performance indicators;
- Define the project plan for the workshop in close collaboration with the various production managers, develop strategies to achieve project objectives, ensure sound management of risks and issues, and monitor the budget;
- Develop and implement the communication mechanisms required to ensure that all project stakeholders are informed of project issues, parameters and progress;
- Contribute closely to the process of optimizing production processes related to the project, and ensure promotion of and compliance with APTO standards;
- Ensure reconciliation between the creative team's objectives and the operational needs of the show's operations team;
- Participate in and promote continuous improvement on the shop floor, exercise influential leadership in the implementation of operations optimization initiatives, and contribute to the agility of the operational team (planners, project managers, coordinators);
- Actively participate in the identification and implementation of practices and tools to optimize the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of project management work.
- Lead the activity prioritization exercise, ensuring the active involvement of all parties involved (artisans, planning team, product development team, show team, etc.) and ensuring workload visibility in the planning system;
- Communicate to the project manager and designer any variations in the team's production affecting the schedule and budget (participate in solutions);
- Maintain business links between the various ISS sectors (Studios, Merch, Casting, Acrobatics, Alliance, etc.).

**YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE**
- University degree in show production, production management, business management, administration or equivalent experience;
- 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience;
- In-depth knowledge of different types of têxtile transformations (an asset);
- A thorough understanding of the studio's business issues and the ability to provide positive leadership to the show teams;
- Strong ability to influence, organize and plan;
- A marked ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- A creative flair that likes to challenge the status quo and navigate change;
- Team spirit, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- A facility with technology;
- Very good command of French and English (oral and written);
