Office Administrator

**Duties**
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Manage payroll, including time entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare bank deposits and bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable, including invoice entry, reconciliations, and payments
- Accounts receivable, including posting payments and collection efforts on overdue accounts
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied payments
- Work order close out and invoicing
- Data entry and filing
- Complete year end process including generating T4’s and submitting annual filings
**Qualifications**
- Must be proficient with office software, particularly, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and QuickBooks
- Experience with payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
