**About the job**

**Position Overview**:
As a Financial Advisor, you will provide expert financial guidance to clients, build long-term relationships, and helping them plan and achieve their financial objectives. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide tailored financial plans, and recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Support & Relationship Management**:

- Assist in managing client relationships and providing ongoing support
- Assist in client meetings, taking notes and preparing follow-up materials
- Help maintain strong communication between clients and the firm

**Financial Planning Support**:

- Assist in the development of detailed financial plans for clients
- Prepare insurance illustrations and proposals (life, critical illness, and disability insurance)

**Investment Management**:

- Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to clients’ risk tolerance and financial objectives
- Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals
- Execute trades and transactions under the guidance of senior advisors
- Assist clients in understanding their risk exposure and provide risk management solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant investment regulations

**Administrative Support**:
Document Management: Preparing client documents, forms, and contracts. This includes setting up client accounts and managing ongoing paperwork related to investments or insurance policies
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings for senior financial advisors with clients

**Compliance and Regulation**:

- Following company procedures and regulatory guidelines when managing client investments or providing advice
- Staying Updated: Keeping current with industry regulations and trends to assist in ensuring that financial strategies comply with laws and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Mutual Fund License (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including investments, insurance, and retirement planning
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., RazorPlan, Conquest) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
