Nous recherchons aujourd’hui pour notre marque spécialisée dans le voyage individuel sur mesure (Toundra Voyages), un(e) responsable fournisseurs.

Si tu aimes découvrir les destinations et les produits qui font rêver nos voyageurs, tu aimes être en contact avec les fournisseurs et tu as le sens de la négociation, tu peux mettre tout en œuvre pour rendre accessible notre offre alors tu es la personne que nous recherchons

**Responsabilités générales**
- **Ton coté Acheteur spécialiste de l’Ouest canadien**:

- Définir et identifier les besoins de Toundra Voyages en matière d’offre
- Savoir négocier un contrat et développer de nouveaux business
- Suivre, gérer et optimiser la relation commerciale avec nos fournisseurs
- S’assurer du respect des échéanciers sur les différents cycles de vie du produit (achat, paramétrage, etc.)
- Démarchage de nouveaux fournisseurs et mise en place d’ententes contractuelles
- Gestion des stops sale (fermeture de dates) dans notre système émanant des fournisseurs
- Rendre disponible notre offre sur les différents supports (Big Bro, site internet et autres supports)
- **Ton côté manager**

**Avec les chiffres**
- Maitriser l’art du reporting clair et à jour et savoir présenter des chiffres (KPI) à la direction.
- Être force de proposition en tout temps pour ce qui a trait au développement de l’offre produit
- Optimiser autant que possible les outils pour faire toujours mieux performer son équipe
- Aimer développer des affaires avec les partenaires et augmenter le volume d’achats/ventes

**Avec les équipes**
- Manager une équipe, les former, les outiller, les challenger, les suivre au quotidien
- Maintenir une veille constante des objectifs de l’équipe et anticiper les points bloquants
- Monitorer la charge de travail de tes collaborateurs en tout temps
- Savoir transmettre toutes les techniques et bonnes pratiques
- Être polyvalent et savoir collaborer avec tous les départements
- Savoir anticiper et résoudre les points qui bloquent l’efficacité de ton équipe
- Maitriser les outils de manière optimale pour simplifier le quotidien des collaborateurs

- De l’audace : tout le monde a son mot à dire pour faire grandir Toundrigo
- Être un vrai team player L’Adn Toundrigo, c’est l’esprit d’équipe
- Avoir un excellent relationnel et un sens de l’écoute développé
- Avoir de parfaites connaissances des attraits touristiques du Canada et des États-Unis
- Faire preuve d’adaptabilité : on recherche la perle rare sachant gérer plusieurs projets en même temps
- Démontrer une capacité d’adaptation à un environnement en constante évolution
- Savoir gérer la relation partenaires
- Excellente maitrise de l’orthographe et excellente expression écrite / orale en français et en anglais (parler d’autres langues est un atout)
- Maitrise de la suite office
- Avoir déjà travaillé avec des CRM de vente est un atout (Salesforce - Zoho ou autre)
