We are seeking a part time Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team and help with catering events. Must have previous expereince in a similar role/setting (fine dining/steakhouse). Must be confident working in a fast paced environment. Hours include weekday lunches and weekend evenings with the potential for more as we enter the busy catering/events season.

Duties:

- Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with catering events as needed.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role is required. Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others. Must have experience with pans, fryers, grill and prep. Preference for experience cooking steaks and fresh seafood.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
