You will have the opportunity to work alongside our Leadership team to create Product Knowledge Training sessions. As an active member on our Contact Centre Team, you will process orders, complete returns, and check order status.

**In order to be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Strong knowledge of Princess Auto products (or desire to quickly learn about new and awesome products)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- To be respectful, upfront and honest
- Fluency in English (required), Ability to speak French (an asset)

**Working conditions**
- Onsite opportunity (Contact Centre located at 481 Panet Road, Winnipeg)
- Typical Contact Centre environment (inbound calls)
- Must be available to work weekdays, evenings and/or weekends
