Residential House Cleaner

**Duties**:

- Organize and tidy up rooms and common areas
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including cleaning of toilets, sinks, showers, tubs
- Cleaning kitchens and appliances, as well as other living areas
- Perform general cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning service provided

Qualifications:
This position does not require any previous work-related experience/education. Although previous experience would be an ideal asset; We will happily train you on our policies and procedures required for this position. KAQC will offer a 2-week limited time-period of one-on-one mentor training to give you the knowledge and experience needed to become a successful residential house cleaner within our company.

Relatable skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Demonstrates time management and good organizational skills
- Must have a self-regulating ability to work independently without supervision
- Problem solving and critical thinking is required, knowing when and how to seek further guidance when needed is essential
- Must be able to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment (no heavy lifting required

Kay'Am Quality Cleaners strives to ensure the safety of all of our clients, as well as our growing staff. All offers of employment will be conditional, upon a request for a satisfactory and valid Police Vulnerable Sectors Check (PVSC). Once you've passed the 3-month probationary period, you will be reimbursed for the cost.
