**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Deliver a high quality product that meets standards
- Take part in inventory control
- Prepare simple side dishes and entrees, including cooking menu items in a timely manner
- Ensure all food comes out clean, organized, and without damage
- Keep kitchenware properly stocked (e.g. knives) and cleaned)
- Complete other kitchen tasks as assigned, such as cleaning, washing dishes, or preparing food for service
- Follow all safety and health regulations in the kitchen area
- Ensure all staff are trained in kitchen procedures and skills
- Check in and out customers quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor (e.g. opening and closing the kitchen door)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40-50 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
