**Ce que nous recherchons** : Développement commercial - Trouver les opportunités et construire les relations

**Responsabilités**:

- Frapper aux portes, construire des relations, développer l'entreprise et vous-même (Appels à froid, réseautage, événements)
- Apporter de nouvelles idées et approches pour améliorer l'expérience de vente pour nous et le client
- Devenir un expert en logement d'entreprise et en hospitalité
- Se familiariser avec les réservations, comprendre l'optimisation des tarifs et la gestion de l'espace
- Maintenir les relations construites en fournissant soutien et orientation lorsque nécessaire
- Accueils et visites des clients, tours des suites et disponibilité sur appel (accumule du temps flexible)
- Maintenir la confiance des clients et protéger les opérations en gardant les informations confidentielles
- Contribuer à l'effort d'équipe en assistant dans les responsabilités qui peuvent ne pas être dans cette description de poste

**Éducation / Expérience** - Diplôme d'études secondaires minimum (certificat / diplôme en hôtellerie est un bonus) Expérience à la fois en hôtellerie (hébergement) et en développement commercial requise.
Vous devez parler français et anglais

**Compétences** - Ventes, recherche, service client, motivation, organisation, compétences en communication, orientation équipe, indépendance, capacité à travailler sous pression, capacité à prendre des initiatives, compétence informatique, attention aux détails.

**Caractéristiques personnelles** - Ponctuel, attitude positive, fiable, apparence professionnelle, orienté équipe, forte communication, gestion du temps, organisation, énergique et capacité à prendre des initiatives

**Heures** : Du lundi au vendredi, de 9h00 à 17h00 avec des exigences de disponibilité sur appel
