As the Manitoba Regional Manager, you'll coach strong leaders, plan succession for the region, and ensure the achievement of targets and operational excellence. You'll monitor administrative tasks, drive sales, assistant store maintenance and solve problems

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain the Leo's culture in the region.
- Coach strong leaders and plan succession for the region.
- Ensure achievement of targets and operational excellence.
- Monitor administrative tasks and building maintenance.
- Solve problems and handle crisis situations.
- Oversee new store openings.
- Build and maintain relationships with the community, such as local business associations and community organizations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all Leopold's Tavern locations within Manitoba.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and operations.
- Work with the Leo’s Group corporate team to implement new initiatives and programs.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff members, ensuring a consistent level of service across all Leopold's Tavern locations within the region.
- Foster a positive, diverse and inclusive work environment, ensuring that all staff members feel valued and supported.
- Represent Leopold's Tavern at local and regional events, building relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Conduct regular store visits to all Leopold's Tavern locations within Winnipeg to ensure that all operational standards are being met.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a management role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and building maintenance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Flexibility to travel and work in different locations.
- Experience managing regional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to lead and manage change effectively.
- Knowledge of financial management principles and experience managing a P&L.
- Ability to manage a diverse team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
