Program Manager, Amazon Creators

Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of relevant experience in retail, operations, and/or business management/consulting
- Experience executing large projects end-to-end, and/or managing complex programs, with successful delivery of meaningful results
- Technical background or experience working with complex online tools
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience in communicating and supporting external clients, as well as working with internal stakeholders.
- Bias towards data-based decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior analytical skills including enhanced Excel capabilities and experience with SQL
Key job responsibilities
- Own, develop and implement content and communications marketing plan to drive awareness and engagement with our affiliate marketers.
- Own go to market strategy and execution of new features for Amazon Creators Canada.
- Own and drive a product roadmap for Creators in Canada.
- Engage regularly with key internal business, product, legal, marketing and technical stakeholders (both locally and internationally)
- Provide ongoing operational support for partners and internal stakeholders
- Drive simplified solutions for partners, including tools to get partners to implement effective integrations (links, API features etc.).
- Drive special deal terms and negotiations with existing partners to efficiently maximize their promotional activities for Amazon

- Be willing to “roll up your sleeves” and operate with limited guidance
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to influence remote teams, both technical and non-technical
- Bring analytical horsepower and a deep curiosity about how things work
- Be commercially savvy and have excellent business judgment
- Bring operational rigor, holding your program stakeholders to the highest of standards
- Experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Merchandising or Digital/Affiliate Marketing
- Experience working with global product and technology teams
- Experience managing technical projects of varying complexity
- Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes
- Strong communication skills, specifically with explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
