**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Build collaborative relationships with our current and prospective clients, as well as, our internal team.
- Review all client information during each telephone interaction to ensure accurate and up to date information.
- Follow all procedures and processes to effectively respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns and manage client expectations.
- Escalate customer situations that fall outside of our Standard Operating procedures to management for timely resolution
- Perform light cleaning duties
- Assist with planning and organizing of showroom and staff events as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Two (2) years previous customer service experience, preferably in reception, administration or call center environments.
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
- Accomplished Customer Service professional who has the ability to follow instruction
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Exceptional Attention to detail, multi-taking and organization skills.
- Computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn internal computer programs
- Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
