Student Sales Representative (Part Time Position)

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Reporting to: Store Manager

We are a local mattress and furniture retailer that has been in the business for over a decade. We pride our selves on providing customers with quality product, maintaining a benchmark standard of service, integrity and dedication. We carry a large selection of well know brands with in the furniture and bedding industry. The Company remains committed to continued growth in sales, productivity and profits.

Required education:

- Diploma/Certificate

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Responsibilities**:

- Selling premium sleep products and furniture
- Meeting monthly team and goal oriented sales target
- Increase sales and implementing on going marketing solutions
- Product knowledge and following steps needed to solidify sales
- Assistance customers with inquiries, complaints and merchandise
- Building and maintaining the new and ongoing customers base

**Qualifications and Skills**

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 yrs. of relevant Sales experience
- My maintain a consistent level of professionalism
- Proven ability to grow existing business and develop new business
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Problem solving ability, a strong team player
- Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, 2010-2016 Quick Books
