Ellement Consulting Group Limited Partnership (Ellement) is a privately-owned actuarial consulting firm that has been providing actuarial, administration, software programming, and consulting solutions for pension, benefits, and investment programs for individuals, corporations, unions, associations, and governments for programs based in Canada since 1996.

Our mission is to design, implement, and manage employee benefit programs for individuals and institutions to provide economic security at a reasonable and affordable cost.

We currently have a great opportunity for a Benefits Administrator to join our Edmonton team.

Reporting to the Manager, Group Administration, the Benefits Administrator is responsible for timely setup and maintenance of all code fees, member, and service provider records. They work closely with other departments to validate data accuracy; ensuring service standards are being achieved.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Quality Assurance and review of Trust data
- Set up and maintain member, service provider and employer records
- Prepare welcome packages and administration kits for corporate clients
- Track and mail drug cards
- Enter employer contribution reports and prepare discrepancy reports
- Enter Contribution Transfer Authorization forms
- Process health & welfare self-payments
- Update eligibility, member records and order drug cards
- Provide administrative support to the Pension team
- Prepare corporate billing statements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Certificate or diploma in the field of office administration or similar.
- Strong mathematical and reconciliation skills; attention to detail.
- Must have strong computer skills and demonstrate acceptable level of keyboarding speed and accuracy. Prior office experience would be an asset.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
